Chicken Plucker

Joey Adams is the host of this new CBS radio show. On his first night, he jokes about the studio being messy because Arthur Godfrey used it before and left behind so much old money that it took five workers just to sweep it up. The show's idea is to test how well married couples know each other. Mr. and Mrs. Fox have been married for eighteen years. He works as a chicken-plucker, which gives Joey a chance to make a joke about getting plucked at a nightclub.
