Jack McCoy, Dan Dailey, Evelyn Knight
During spring recording, this episode opens with the song "Necessity," followed by Jules Munshin appearing as Dr. G. I. Kinsey to educate sailors about reproduction. Dan Dailey performs impressions of Red Skelton's characters Clem Kadiddlehopper and Junior, the Mean Widdle Kid, but accidentally misreads a line and halts the show. Robert Carney, Commander of the Armed Forces Radio Service, then reads "What The Constitution Means To Me," a piece written by a Japanese-American Army sergeant.
