Mardi Gras Time

This radio show celebrates Mardi Gras with a bunch of fun guests and performers. Parks Johnson and Warren Hull are there to host, while Dick Joy works as the announcer. Emil Christian, who played with the Original Dixieland Jazz Band starting in 1918, performs some music. The WWL New Dixieland Jazz Band also plays throughout the show. Fraunce Hindeman, who was crowned Queen of the Carnival at Mardi Gras back in 1916, makes an appearance. Wyle Saxon, a writer, stops by to chat. Henri Duprez, a well-known Cajun personality, joins in on the fun. And Cesar, a famous chef who also sings while he waits on customers, rounds out the guest list.
