Three treasure hunters named Morgan, Dutch, and Frenchie search for riches in an ancient Aztec city deep in the Yucatan jungle. Morgan's hunger for wealth drives the group into a cursed temple filled with emeralds that bring disaster. When they try to escape, a giant snake kills Frenchie and Dutch dies under strange circumstances. Morgan must confront his wife Marianne, who turns out to be a supernatural being seeking revenge for his wrongdoings. The jungle itself seems to whisper against him as his greed ultimately destroys him.
