Wendell Barnes

Wendell B. Barnes was an American politician who served as the 2nd administrator of the Small Business Administration from 1954 to 1959 and who served in the Oklahoma House of Representatives between 1950 and 1952. Born in Ponca City, Oklahoma, Barnes graduated from Brown University in 1928 and from the University of Michigan Law School in 1935.
