The Young Shoplifter, Part 1
Nick Harris was a real detective who founded the Nick Harris Detective Agency in Los Angeles in 1906, claiming it was the oldest such agency in the country. Whether the gruff-voiced detective in these programs was played by the real Nick Harris or a stand-in actor remains an open question.
