Visitor at Midnight

A person shows up at Craig's place late at night and talks about how to commit the perfect murder. The next day, Craig reads about a real murder in the newspaper. The dead person's lawyer wore spats on his shoes. It turns out that lots of people who knew the victim had good reasons to want them dead. Being nice to killers is a bad idea. If you give them a little bit of help, they'll take everything—and probably strangle you with a rope tied to a beam in your house.
