Castle Kerfol

Fashion designer Paula Randall, thinking of buying the 400-year-old Kerfol castle in northern Brittany, first reads its history. Early in the 17th century it was occupied by the elderly Baron Yves Decornault and his beautiful wife Anne, whom he considered to be unfaithful. To punish her he gave her several dogs, then killed them, the ghosts of which ultimately killed him. During one of Paula's visits to Kerfol, several dogs rush to greet her, though everyone says no dogs have been seen at the castle for years.

Paula Randall wants to buy an old castle called Kerfol in northern France. Before she buys it, she learns about what happened there long ago. In the 1600s, an old man named Baron Yves Decornault lived there with his young wife Anne. He thought she was cheating on him. To hurt her, he gave her some dogs and then killed them. The dead dogs came back as ghosts and killed him. When Paula visits the castle, dogs run up to her in a friendly way. But everyone tells her that no dogs have lived at the castle for many years.
