Death on Skiis

Kay Wylie, always doing things people warn her not to do, reaches a hut accompanied by Tony Shaw, a friend of just three days. Shaw confides that he's really a detective secretly assigned to solve the two murders and that he's taken her to the hut as a lure for the murderer who, he's convinced, is her husband. Shaw says he'll wait outside the hut and burst in before her husband can kill her. But not everything is as it seems.

In a ski resort, Kay Wiley, spirited and restless, seeks excitement on the snowy slopes with her husband, Dan, a mystery writer whose thoughts often drift away from her. She defies Dan's caution and ventures to a notorious mountain hut with a vacationer, igniting a dangerous game with Dan at its center. A blizzard closes in, mirroring the turmoil within.
