Dig Me Deadly

Detective Claudia Trubshaw is summoned to the site of an Arizona archeology expedition to investigate the disappearance of a young girl. When an ancient skeleton is found with the girl’s disembodied hands attached, she fears that more than just digging is going on at the site.

College students studying old artifacts uncover the rotted remains of a dead woman connected to ancient bones, and a female police investigator is brought in to solve the puzzle of what happened to her.

Archaeology students dig out an ancient decomposed corpse of a woman attached to a skeleton and a female detective is recruited to reveal the mystery behind it.

CBS Radio Mystery Theater is a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was repeated by the NPR satellite feed. In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
