A young couple find themselves hiding inside the walls of a witch's house when they stumble across her terrifying secret. That all the charming china dolls the old woman owned were actually people she had shrunk as she did with them!

Despite the warnings of his associates, engineer Roy Watson rents the servants’ cottage of an old Long Island estate for himself and his wife. Sleep at night is difficult for both because of squeaky sounds they hear inside their bedroom’s baseboards. Thinking the place is infested with field mice, they acquire a cat. The cat finds no mice, but the Watsons find themselves, for no apparent reason, steadily losing weight—and they’re terrified.
