Shark Bait

Randolf Watson owes the syndicate $50,000. He must pay it in a few days, or else. His wealthy Aunt Ethel refuses to help, even though she is most generous to his twin brother, Rudolf. Murdering both Aunt Ethel and Rudolf and thus becoming heir to the family fortune is Randy’s solution to his predicament. In order to get away with the crime, Randy plans to first convince the police that his look-alike brother is the one who really owes the syndicate the fifty grand.

An incorrigible gambler lays a diabolic plan to clear his debts by taking his bookie's aid to kill his own brother and aunt to get hold of their wealth.

A hopeless gambler makes an evil scheme to pay off what he owes by getting his bookie to help him murder his brother and aunt so he can steal their money.

CBS Radio Mystery Theater is a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was repeated by the NPR satellite feed. In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
