The Blue Tiger

Known only as Leo, a gunman for hire keeps a step ahead of federal authorities. One agent, Drury, vows to bring him in single-handedly. This is a mistake, because even though Drury is able to gain the confidence of Leo’s girlfriend, the gunman is able, at the last minute, to learn of Drury’s plans for capturing him and to fell him with a single shot. But Leo is not so successful with his next assignment: posing as the missing son of an elderly woman whose valuable land the syndicate wants at almost any price.

A dedicated prosecutor chasing an experienced murderer who killed a witness ends up murdered. With no one following him anymore, the killer starts his next job - tricking an old woman into thinking he's her missing son.

A determined D.A. hot on the pursuit of a seasoned killer responsible for the murder of a witness turns up dead. Finally free of his tail, the criminal moves on to his next mission- conning an elderly old woman into believing he is her long, lost son.

CBS Radio Mystery Theater is a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was repeated by the NPR satellite feed. In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
