Description

A skilled swindler robs people of their belongings, then pretends to be a fortune teller and offers to help them find their stolen items for money!

Lord Carnovan, a member of English nobility, hires Otto Glaser, the renowned psychic detective, to recover Lady Carnovan's precious diamond necklace worth, according to the Lord, some $2 million. Little does he know that Glaser, disguised as an Iranian sheik, had, with the aid of a retired magician, stolen the diamonds, or that Glaser has earned his reputation for retrieving stolen goods because, in every case, he has been the thief.

A master con man steals from his victims, then poses as a psychic and helps in recovering them for a price!

CBS Radio Mystery Theater is a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was repeated by the NPR satellite feed. In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
