Description

Ethel Brooks has been troubled right into adulthood by vivid dreams of England, her home before she was adopted by an American couple after World War II. Then one day, she receives a letter from England naming her heiress to an estate. Her strange dreams now carry a new threat.

A woman journeys to England when she finds out her real father has died. She tries to discover what really happened during her early years and how her mother died under mysterious circumstances.

CBS Radio Mystery Theater is a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was repeated by the NPR satellite feed. In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
