The Frog Prince

In order to keep them safe while driving, a team of race driver's relies on the power of voodoo. Things begin to fall apart when the black magic goes wrong.

Betsy and Paul King are the sensations of the race circuit until Paul crashes into a wall. His body mends, but the recovery of his racing reflexes seems to be taking a long time—too much so for his wife, who yearns to be back on the track. So Paul calls on the couple’s long-time Haitian mechanic, Mr. Gabriel, to work a little magic.

A group of race car drivers uses voodoo magic to protect themselves on the track. Their plan backfires when the dark spells start causing trouble instead of helping them.

CBS Radio Mystery Theater is a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was repeated by the NPR satellite feed. In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
