A cop gets curious about weird murders after he finds out each person died in bizarre ways, and discovers a charming salesman is connected to all of them.
Harrison Craig has begged his wife, Marlene, to give him her $50,000 inheritance to invest in a new business venture. It was a sad coincidence that it took her death for him to get the money. Her physician, Dr. Bardel, goes straight to police lieutenant Barry, claiming Harry murdered his patient. When two more deaths help Harry’s new business venture, the case seems stacked against him. But then, one other possibility arises.
CBS Radio Mystery Theater is a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was repeated by the NPR satellite feed. In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
