The Two Sams
Private detective Samson O’Malley and lawyer Sam Jacobs investigate the kidnapping of eight-month-old Billy Brice, son of wealthy Howard and Gloria Brice. Billy was abducted while under the housekeeper’s care, but she only remembers a black limousine and someone with long fingers, wearing a gold ring with a square turquoise in the middle. O’Malley discovers that Billy is Gloria’s illegitimate son and, digging further, learns that Billy’s father runs a limousine service and owns a gold ring with a square turquoise in the center.
A former police officer and an attorney launch their detective agency and investigate their first job - finding a rich aristocrat's missing child. While tracking down leads, they discover disturbing family secrets.
After starting their own private firm, an ex-cop and lawyer take on the kidnapping of the child of a wealthy noble as their first case. They uncover the family's dark secrets as they follow the clues.
CBS Radio Mystery Theater is a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was repeated by the NPR satellite feed. In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
