A clockmaker comes across a mysterious clock that can give him an additional hour every day. All it needs is a little blood in return.

Skilled clock maker Ethan Vigil purchases a curious antique clock and discovers that the timepiece contains the secret of everyman's dream: It has the power to make time stand still. Ethan learns at a dreadful expense that the clock's works are lubricated with human blood.
