Hope teams up with Johnny Mercer and Judy Garland to do "Skylark" and "Lazy Bones." Judy Garland also does her famous "Over the Rainbow" number. Hope and Garland do a funny act together. At the end, Hope gives a warm message of appreciation to the military men and women.
