A spooky fantasy story follows New York private eye Mr. Broderick, who gets talked into checking out what might be a Martian embassy by the strange Mr. Grafius. When Broderick's faithful helper Doolan gets killed during their investigation, they uncover a dangerous plan by people from Venus to take over Earth.
