He talks about a cruise from the year before, mentioning he went to the West Indies, though he accidentally says "West Undies" first. Next comes a panel game where three guests try to guess the funny endings to jokes sent in by listeners before Milton reveals the real punchlines. The panelists are Harry Burchfield, a well-known cartoonist; Jay C. Flippen, a funny man; and Senator Vaughan. One joke features a gangster with a bad tooth visiting a dentist. When the dentist asks which tooth is bothering him, the gangster says, "Figure it out yourself. I'm not a rat." Flippen asks Milton what's happening to radio these days, and Milton answers, "Television." Another joke has a wife telling her husband it's their tenth wedding anniversary and asking if they should cook the turkey. He responds by saying why would they ruin a good bird because of what happened ten years ago. The show then takes a break for music
