Radio Patrol

A dying man discovered at the waterfront tells a police officer on radio patrol that he murdered someone because Councilman Carmichael told him to do it. The officer decides he won't allow an innocent person to be executed, even if saving the man on death row means destroying his own career. The convicted criminal had been found guilty of the murder, but the cop knows the truth now.
