St Louis Woman
The story takes place in St. Louis on an extremely hot day. The show is called "St. Louis Blues," which is also the name of the famous W. C. Handy song that plays throughout the episode. A murderer who writes down all his costs runs into an informant at a local bar. The main character, Killer Joe Higgins, has fallen for a woman from St. Louis. However, another man named Larson is also in love with the same woman, creating a love triangle.
