The Adventure Of The Empty House

Sherlock Holmes comes back to life after everyone thought he was dead for three years. He returns to catch Colonel Sebastian Moran, who was the last person working for the evil Dr. Moriarty. Inspector LeStrade puts Sherlock under arrest because he thinks Sherlock killed Sir Ronald Adair. The show stars Carleton Hobbs, Norman Shelley, and Noel Johnson, among others. Arthur Conan Doyle wrote the original story, Michael Hardwick adapted it for radio, and Robin Midgley produced it. The episode runs for 26 minutes and 17 seconds and has excellent sound quality.

The Newly Discovered Casebook of Sherlock Holmes is a BBC Radio 2 comedy series written by Tony Hare. It starred Roy Hudd, Chris Emmett, Jeffrey Holland, and June Whitfield, and was broadcast between 16 January 1999, to 20 February 1999. It has since been re-broadcast on BBC Radio 4 Extra.
