The Mysterious Mr Jones
When the workers at the Empire Company go on strike, a "foreign power" uses a "Mr. Jones" and his thugs to start violence and cause 3 men to be shot. Darien Steel, the owner of, "The Meridian" (a competitor of the Sentinel) is working with the "foreign power."
