Four important people got together to talk about different ideas in Washington D.C. Joseph H. Ball, who is a U.S. Senator from Minnesota, joined the discussion. Donald R. Richberg was there too—he used to run the N.R.A. Board and is a lawyer who wrote a book called "Government and Business Tomorrow." Lee Pressman came as the top lawyer for the C.I.O. Frank Fenton also took part, working as the head of organizing for the A.F. of L. These four men shared their thoughts and debated with each other about their different viewpoints.
