The Black Museum has on display a Winchester bottle that's connected to the killing of a young girl, only four years old. The bottle has some strange fingerprints on it that nobody can figure out who they belong to. Scotland Yard makes a big decision: they're going to fingerprint every single person living in the town of Blackbourne!
