Charles Davila

Three experts discuss what kind of support the Allied invasion forces might get from resistance fighters in occupied Europe. The speakers are Charles Davila, who used to represent Roumania as a minister to the United States and works with the International Free World Association; Louis Delivet, who edits international news for The Free World magazine and writes and speaks about world affairs; and J. Alvarez Del Vayo, a former foreign minister of Spain's Republican government who now leads the International Free World Association. Together, they explore how much help the underground movements across Fortress Europe could provide to the invading armies.
