Description
Charity Youngblood swears she will have her revenge against Civil War soldier Eli Wallington, who jilted her. Some 200 years later, Madeline Betty Powers, a university student, and Rex Patterson, her history professor, seem destined to live out the unfinished story of Charity and Eli.
A famous teacher in a New England town gets blamed for killing his girlfriend. She thinks they are the same souls as two lovers from the Revolutionary War who came back to life. The teacher tries to prove he didn't do it, but gets caught up in strange mind games and ghostly mysteries.

CBS Radio Mystery Theater is a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was repeated by the NPR satellite feed. In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
