Description
A young woman in Paris must choose between her reliable boyfriend Paul and the excitement of a strange blue door that promises adventure. She chases the mystery to Venice, where she discovers that the man she believed she loved was just a fantasy she created in her mind. When she returns to London, she sees Paul differently than before.
Emily knows she has a good man in Paul, but before she can say yes to his marriage proposal she decides to spend a month of freedom in Europe. When she meets a strange man in a romantic Parisian bistro, Emily thinks maybe the loyal Paul isn’t the perfect man for her after all.
In Paris, a young woman is torn between the familiar love of her steadiness Paul and the lure of adventure through a mysterious blue door. She follows the door's trail to Venice, where she confronts the enigma of a man she thought she loved but who turns out to be a mirage of her own making. Returning to London, she now sees Paul in a new light.
CBS Radio Mystery Theater is a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was repeated by the NPR satellite feed. In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
