Castle Kerfol
Description
Fashion designer Paula Randall, thinking of buying the 400-year-old Kerfol castle in northern Brittany, first reads its history. Early in the 17th century it was occupied by the elderly Baron Yves Decornault and his beautiful wife Anne, whom he considered to be unfaithful. To punish her he gave her several dogs, then killed them, the ghosts of which ultimately killed him. During one of Paula's visits to Kerfol, several dogs rush to greet her, though everyone says no dogs have been seen at the castle for years.
CBS Radio Mystery Theater is a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was repeated by the NPR satellite feed. In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
