For Tomorrow We Die

Following a 25-year incarceration for his wife's murder—a crime he denies committing—Harry Taylor receives parole and reconnects with an old acquaintance, Jessie Lipscombe. She welcomes him into her home, unaware of his criminal history. Her son-in-law, Don Craig, a lawyer, becomes suspicious when Taylor poses as a wealthy stockbroker and invites Jessie to New York, leaving fingerprint evidence that raises Don's concerns with authorities.

CBS Radio Mystery Theater is a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was repeated by the NPR satellite feed. In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
