Description
After spending nineteen years locked up in a French jail, Jean Valjean gets out but discovers that staying on the right path is tougher than before because everyone treats him badly due to his criminal record, and Inspector Javert keeps hunting him down, determined to never let him forget what he did wrong.
Freed after nineteen years in a French prison, Jean Valjean finds it harder than ever to be honest as he fights the stigma of his yellow passport, while he is still watched by the relentless Inspector Javert, who will never let him escape his past.
CBS Radio Mystery Theater is a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was repeated by the NPR satellite feed. In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
