Description
A dangerous sea captain kills anyone who dares to glance at his wife. But some men cannot control their desire for her.
Bound for the African coast and a cargo of slaves, the Annabella is commanded by a huge and forbidding giant of a man, Captain Josiah Adams, who against the wishes of the ship's owner has his wife on board. Anyone who even talks about her, the crew soon learns, can expect the sea to be his grave. Is the captain mad with imagined jealousy?

CBS Radio Mystery Theater is a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was repeated by the NPR satellite feed. In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
