Description
A traveling salesman has to stop in a small town because of bad chest pains. He's shocked to find out the people there think he's the reborn version of their greatest war hero.
A businessman experiencing unexplained chest pains breaks down in a Connecticut town where residents treat him as a Revolutionary War hero. He discovers the mystery's source after visiting the local museum to see the prized painting of the 18th century hero.
Due to severe chest pains, a traveling sales agent is forced to make a stopover at a remote village. He is astounded to learn that he is apparently the incarnation of the town's most revered war hero.
Businessman Donald Farrow develops severe chest pains and is forced to stop his car in a small town in Connecticut. Farlow is perplexed both by his pains, which cannot be diagnosed, and by the townspeople, who all seem to recognize him as an American Revolutionary patriot who defended the town against the British. It is not until he visits the local museum to view the prized painting of the 18th century hero that he realizes the cause of his persistent pains. Anne Seymour has appeared in such films as Gemini Affair (1975), Portrait of Grandpa Doc (1977), and All the King’s Men (1949).
CBS Radio Mystery Theater is a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was repeated by the NPR satellite feed. In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
