The Creature from the Swamp
Description
Warden Larry Drake rescues a strange woman from the swamp’s quicksand, almost against her will, and discovers that she resembles his dead fiancée. When the woman, Undina, becomes ill and insists that the legendary Swamp Man will be coming to reclaim her, Larry sends for the town doctor. The doctor discovers that Undina is not all that Larry claims her to be.
A man lets himself into more trouble than bargained for when he rescues a woman from a swamp and she is apparently pursued by a swamp creature.
A guy gets in way over his head after he saves a woman from the swamp, only to find out some kind of swamp monster is chasing her.
CBS Radio Mystery Theater is a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was repeated by the NPR satellite feed. In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
