Description

When wealthy and elderly women fall prey to a serial killer known for hypnotizing his victims, a man filled with hatred for his mother fears that his downfall at the hands of a woman.

A serial killer who hypnotizes his victims targets rich old women, while a man who hates his mother worries that a woman will destroy him.

Randy Garfield, raised in the circus, is an old hand at hypnosis. He finds the skill comes in handy at his new job managing a bank’s safety contents. The only problem is to figure out what he will do with his unwitting benefactors once they learn they’ve been bilked.

CBS Radio Mystery Theater is a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was repeated by the NPR satellite feed. In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
