Description
Life becomes complicated for a lonesome housewife when she finds herself picked up by a handsome stranger at a singles bar and accompanies him to a nearby town infamous for heavy gambling.
Fed up with her husband’s frequent and lengthy business trips, Carlotta Armiston timidly visits a singles bar. There she meets a man named Terry, who says he’s away from his wife on a business trip. Terry offers to take Carlotta to a posh night spot, but while driving an ambulance, Carlotta must think fast—for her own sake as well as Terry’s.

CBS Radio Mystery Theater is a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was repeated by the NPR satellite feed. In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
