The Man Who Heard Voices

Description

Can euthanasia ever be completely willed by the sufferer? A well-respected lawyer's life is disrupted by the voice of his wife whom he had killed in mercy and threatens the affair he had started after his wife took sick

Can someone truly choose to die by their own free will? A respected attorney's world falls apart when he starts hearing his deceased wife's voice - the same wife he mercy-killed - and her presence now puts his new romance at risk, a relationship that began after she became ill.

A successful lawyer who falls for the wiles of his boss's young, beautiful daughter has the strange gift of hearing voices meant only for him—voices that predict his future and, most significantly, his dead wife's voice, making it impossible for him to forget his past. An eerie ghost story that takes place not in a deserted castle but in a modern luxury high-rise apartment building.

CBS Radio Mystery Theater is a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was repeated by the NPR satellite feed. In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
