The Mask of Tupac

Description

An ancient Incan relic carries a deadly curse that kills anyone who touches it, and the trouble between a college student studying old cultures and the man she plans to marry is only the start.

A mysterious Incan artifa is cursed to bring death and destruction to those who come into contact with it, and the tension between an anthropology grad student and her fiance is just the beginning.

On a Peruvian expedition, Nancy Littleton discovers the grave of Incan hero Tupac Amaru with a valuable death mask. Though engaged to Carlos Ucayla, she ignores his warning of a deadly curse that destroys grave plunderers. She refuses to return the mask or sell it to collector Francisco Fortune. All three struggle for the mask, which has already killed three others.

CBS Radio Mystery Theater is a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was repeated by the NPR satellite feed. In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
