Description
When two people from the Musgrave family go missing, the famous detective Sherlock Holmes and his partner Dr. Watson find themselves caught up in the mystery of a bizarre religious group.
The legendary Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson are thrown in the midst of a strange cult when they investigate the disappearance of two members of the Musgrave family.
Reginald Musgrave brings to Sherlock Holmes the missing persons case of Burton, head of Musgrave’s household staff, and Rachel Howells, the woman to whom he was engaged. On the eve of Burton’s disappearance he was discovered stealing a family document recording a meaningless, old, family ritual.
CBS Radio Mystery Theater is a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was repeated by the NPR satellite feed. In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
