Description
Young Francis Kent is found hanged in the barn by his stepsister, Constance. It is a simple suicide until Scotland Yard solicits the help of author and neighbor Charles Dickens to assist in the investigation. First clue: Constance is a mass of cuts and bruises, inflicted by her dead stepbrother.
The freshly established Scotland Yard requests the services of novelist Charles Dickens in order to unravel the mystery surrounding an undetermined case of murder or suicide.
The new Scotland Yard asks writer Charles Dickens to help solve a puzzling case where they can't tell if someone was killed or took their own life.
CBS Radio Mystery Theater is a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was repeated by the NPR satellite feed. In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
