The People of Sissora
Description
While Professor Martin Struve is dining out with his wife Regina, he notices a stranger wearing a scarabaeus pinned to his lapel. The professor tells his disbelieving wife that the scarabaeus is the emblem of Sissora, a hostile society from another galaxy. Struve also insists that he came to Earth on a Sissorian spaceship centuries ago and that, because of his allegiance to mankind, he must kill the stranger to protect the world. Regina thinks her husband has gone mad.
A guy sees someone else eating at a restaurant and decides this person is the biggest danger to all humans. It turns out both men are actually from another world!
A man spots another at a restaurant dinner and pins him down as the ultimate threat to mankind. It transpires that they are both from a different planet!
CBS Radio Mystery Theater is a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was repeated by the NPR satellite feed. In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
