Cats are used by an evil witch to stalk children in a small village. A lawyer and a local sheriff try are the childrens' only hope...
The townspeople are certain that Sarah Taylor’s 63 cats are responsible for the gruesome maulings and deaths of three teenaged girls. They want the sheriff to run her out of town, but he hires a young, handsome lawyer, Tony Readick, to defend her. His fiancée, Carrie Chisolm, a student of parapsychology, suspects Mrs. Taylor is a witch and needs the blood of young girls to pursue her malevolent career. Carrie urges Tony to drop the case, but he won’t listen.

CBS Radio Mystery Theater is a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was repeated by the NPR satellite feed. In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
