Description
A suburban mom gets a surprise visit from a childhood friend she hasn't seen in years. The friend tells an amazing story that forces the mom to choose between helping her friend or staying loyal to the friend's husband.
A middle-class housewife has an unexpected visitor who is an old friend from whom she has not heard in many years. The old friend has an incredible tale to tell that pits her friend against her old friend's husband.
Nobody believes Laura Vear’s story that Min Wilkins paid her a visit, (because Min died); under mysterious circumstances three weeks ago. But when Laura tells her husband, Will, what Min told her about a will and some hidden cash, minds begin to change. The police call Min’s death a suicide, but Laura is convinced she was murdered and that the culprit is either Min’s husband Clyde, his best friend, or the next-door widow Clyde has been seeing regularly.
CBS Radio Mystery Theater is a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was repeated by the NPR satellite feed. In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
