Realtor Thomas T. Tattersall, to help the executor of Judge Hargreaves’ will sell the Hargreaves house, agrees to try and convince the Judge’s daughter, Felicity, who has remained in her room since her fiancé was killed at Chateau-Thierry, to leave. Before he can do so, Felicity disappears, and thereafter the house seems haunted—at least to potential buyers. Tattersall doesn’t believe in ghosts—especially Felicity’s—until he accompanies the executor to the house.

In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
