Description
A cocky archaeologist ignores native traditions while pretending to show respect. Her real plan is to steal ancient tribal treasures. She doesn't expect the gods to strike back.
An arrogant archaeologist disregards tribal customs and extends praise. But her motives are less than honourable and involves robbing old tribal artifacts. But what she forgets to count in is divine retribution.
Working on an archeology dig in South America, Milly praises the son of a jungle native. Believing Billy is responsible for the boy’s subsequent death, Aymara, the native, cunningly arranges to bring an ancient curse upon Milly, nearly turning her into a cannibalistic beast. Neither her husband nor her uncle can cure her until they know the reason for her sin against the Beast Goddess.
CBS Radio Mystery Theater is a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was repeated by the NPR satellite feed. In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
