Description

NYC detectives investigate dancer Candace Hart, strangled by her own panty hose while alone in a midtown hotel. They identify four suspects. When her boyfriend admits Candy called to find a fence for $100,000 in small bills, the cops begin to realize who the guilty party is.

A gifted dancer hiding dark secrets gets murdered in her hotel room. In this old-fashioned mystery, EG Marshall stops the story near the end to ask viewers to make their best guess about who they think killed her.

CBS Radio Mystery Theater is a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was repeated by the NPR satellite feed. In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
