Description
While on a boat trip, a young couple and their daughter become lost in the dense fog. The spirit of a woman lures them to a strange island whose sole inhabitant proves to have questionable motives.
A family with a young girl gets lost in thick fog while sailing. A ghostly woman leads them to a mysterious island where they meet the only person living there, who may not have good intentions.
A New Jersey family vacationing in the Caribbean becomes lost in fog-laden pirate-infested waters. The plaintive voice of Ann Bonney, who according to island folklore is the apparition of a pirate, lures them onto a sandbar. The apparition attempts to seize their sailboat and mysteriously lures their young daughter Susie aboard alone, setting the boat out to sea with the child at the helm during a storm.
CBS Radio Mystery Theater is a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was repeated by the NPR satellite feed. In New York City it was not aired by the then all-news WCBS but by its originating station, WOR, which produced and announced it as simply Radio Mystery Theater.
